Cancel the contract

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can use the electronic withdrawal feature in your customer account and select the order in question.

There, you can submit your cancellation electronically.

Upon receipt of your notice of withdrawal, you will immediately receive an electronic confirmation of receipt.
